The car matched my expectations. The shuttle bus to and from the airport would have been pleasant if the air conditioning on the shuttle had been adequate. Instead it was a very hot and unpleasant 30 minute ride to and from the rent a car in the middle of hot summer days. A/C on the shuttle bus was on but not cooling.

I rent a Kia Spotage and first they wanted me to have a mustang then I asked for a Kia and brought me a Toyota with 59,000 miles . OLD and not nice . The employer was not kind .

“Except for pickup being so long after a long flight it was fine”

It took too long at the counter - there were 3 people behind the counter and about 18 to 20 in line and one left for break leaving only 2. Took over an hour and a half to get car. Everyone was frustrated

I loved the car. I was prepared for a Toyota Corolla and was able to choose a Mitsubishi Outlander for same price. I rent from FOX at least a couple of times a year, and never disappointed.

First time user, and will definitely reserve a car again through Easyrent. I liked that some insurance was offered with the vehicle rental. Great compromise paying an extra $9 a day.

“Good, but too long a wait at airport.”

Took over an hour in line at SeaTac airport to get car. When I got to car, no keys. Had to wait until they determined they could not find the keys, and then they delivered another vehicle to replace the one I had orginally rented.

“Very very Bad customer service”

Called fox lost and found 7 times. Never received a call back. Lost and found never answered the phone. I left my handicapped placard in the vehicle , maybe it fell under seat. Conned into buying sun pass. Very disappointed with fox. Waited arou d 45 min. To check in. Disgusting.
