Enjoyed car that was in decent condition but the shuttle bus was unpleasant due to broken a/c

Fox needs to hire more customer service agents. Every time I have had to call them, I have been on hold for hours. They overcharged me from the amount quoted but after being on hold forever, I finally got the RUDEST customer service girl I have ever talked with. She fixed the issue and refunded me but she needs a new job!!!!

Easy to book as always!

I don't undertand why they are renting specific cars online and when you get to the location they only have 2 kind and on top of that, the cars were all scratched with hits all around. The counter person was rude and and even got attitude after you reject their insurance or any other things they sell.

The car was fine, but the wait time was almost 2 hours. Only 2 agents working. But I did get an SUV at a great price

Everything was good only complaint is the high deposit for use of a debit card which was not mentioned at all when booking.

A bit slow at check-in, need to add a 4x4 filter option since required in SLC canyon roads to slopes in winter.
