Enjoyed car that was in decent condition but the shuttle bus was unpleasant due to broken a/c

the vehicle given to us wasn't the vehicle scheduled. We were supposed to get a Mitsubishi Mirage but it wasn't on the lot. Instead we were rented a large Toyota SUV which sucked way too much fuel. The next day we returned to the rental lot and were given a choice of mostly SUV vehicles. We opted for a Hyundai Kona which actually was a decent, comfortable ride.

FOX Rent A Car made me wait one-hour and fifteen minutes because my vehicle was not available. They made me wait in the lobby and only when I approached them they made me wait longer until they completed the booking they were handling or I would have waited even longer. They were rude and not organized, a terrible experience.

There were hidden charges that was not included in your price which I am not happy or pleased about. At least rentalcars.com adds fees and taxes to their quotes, so QEEQ is misleading and I now have to question future rentals going forward.

The car was spacious and great gas mileage. It was in good condition. The customer service was professional and very kind.

Great prices and deals. No hidden fees. Very comfortable working with this platform. Also the rewards program is awesome.

Stay clear of this place. Rude and you do not get what you pay for.
