Awful. Waited 2 hours to pickup the car and called in to customer service and was HUNG UP on. SHAME!

The wait at the counter was over an hour. Many people were frustrated at the length we had to wait to get our car.

The 2 people at the counter were fine but there were 20 people in line for an hour at “12:30 am “

We have to wait in line for two hours to get the rental car. There was only two counters were working. The line was from counter to the outside the building. The processing was very slow. I will never ever rent it from FOX.

Customer service needs to work faster. The pickup process took almost 1 hour. The car was dirty and there was dings on the windshield, which can be dangerous if no repaired.

I was told to fill out the vehicle inspection form myself and hand it in at exit, but there was noone to hand it to. The windshield had a small chip, that i marked on the sheet. While driving the car it turned into a larger crack. I want to make sure i am not charged for this, but haven't heard anything yet.

Finding a car at a good rate was easy. I also needed a child seat which i requested, but it was not tied to my reservation at all.
