I have rented a few times with Fox. They always have a nice shuttle driver and the shuttle is always a short wait. I expect a line when I arrive because of the bargain pricing. I am prepared when I get in line with a credit card that accepts the normal sales tax, airport tax, extra driver fees, and the authorization hold charges. Be smart read the fine print and be ready with the right card and bring your insurance paperwork. I had no pressure for add ons ever. The cars were great. I always fill it up before drop off because I know every rental will charge 7$ a gallon if I dont. Get smart and Auto rental at Fox or anywhere will be fine.

Need find a smoother more modern way to get vehicle to customers at desk. Waiting for car another 15 mins to go thru car wash then it’s still dirty inside and bugs still stuck to windows

Love your price drop. But needs to be more easier and noticeable to apply to your rental.

Ridiculously slow service from pickup at the airport to check in at the counter to waiting for the shuttle after drop off. Not worth whatever money I saved going through Easyrentcars.com

pretty sure i was double charged and this was the absolute worse customer service i’ve ever received
