At MCO the Routes shuttle was not running late night (after 1200). I ended up renting from an company whose shuttle was available.

Distance to rental location is far and shuttle not frequent enough. We bought a Lyft ride to get there $22.00 and almost needed to Lyft again back to airport but the shuttle arrived just then.

I waited 15-20 minutes at the airport for pickup and then 10 minutes over to Routes. I then had to wait there over an hour because there was only 1 representative. They overbooked and had no cars left so I was upgraded to a Jeep, however I had 120 mile drive to my final destination so the trip cost me more in fuel than it should have.

Easy rent was perfect easy to use, no problems.

Like: the car condition, and the staff professionalism
Dislike: the wait for shuttle

Like: Marlene was very informative and God is in our vehicle rather quickly
Dislike: The only drawback was that it was not at the airport
