Thanks for your comment getting back to us. Usually, the car rental company will withhold a deposit as a guarantee when picking up the car. If the car is not damaged/stolen and no payment is due after the rental, the deposit will be fully refunded. Generally, the car dealer will release the deposit for you about 30 days after you return the car. If you have not received it by then, you can contact us or the car dealer to help check.
