There was a bit of a cue at the counter, but the people at enterprise worked their way through them pretty quickly. The car pick up was smooth and quick, we could pick our rental ourselves, as long as we stayed within our category of car booked. Return was also very quick, lots of people checking in the cars from enterprise, so it was fast, even though many checked in.

It was really simple and self explaining, creating no issues with enterprise. And no assistance was required.

Enterprise made us go to an entirely different city to get our car when the documents said pick up at airport. It was totally unacceptable and the agent was very rude. Upon return the agent did give us a $50. Refund for the poor service we received.

Like: The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Location is great, right near the interstate.
Dislike: Not initially clear that I was renting from Enterprise. Once I called the number on receipt things went smoothly.
