There were very few people and no lines. Both pickup and drop-off were very convenient.

The service attitude was great, very enthusiastic and attentive. There was a car to pick us up from the cruise terminal to the store. The only downside is the rental shop closes a bit early, at 6 PM. Although they allow drop-off returns, we were concerned about potential unresolved damages, so we returned the car early. If you drop off the car after hours, the store's shuttle is not available, but the staff can help you book a taxi in advance, which is quite thoughtful.

The staff were very enthusiastic, but there were additional sales pitches which you can choose to ignore. When returning the car at a different location, there wasn't a counter at the airport. You need to call, and someone will come to pick you up and take you to the company to return the car.
