Renting a car in the US is really convenient. Upon landing, a shuttle bus takes you to the car rental lot. You present your driver's license, international driving permit, and passport, authorize a pre-payment, and they tell you the parking spot. When you find the spot, the car keys are already there waiting for you. Just drive away. Returning the car is even easier. Drive to their parking lot, and an employee uses a device to inspect the car, then provides an invoice. In less than a minute, you're done. We even changed the return location twice during the trip, and they agreed without any hassle. Highly recommended.

The address that I received for my car reservation took me 7 miles away to a house and not Budget Rent a Car. The Budget Rent a Car is in Denver not Aurora, Colorado. The address took me to Aurora and almost made me late to drop off the car. Change the address to reflect the location of the Budget Rent a Car address. The address is Denver, Colorado NOT Aurora, Colorado

My website on my Easyrentcars URL didn’t show the same low price choice that they showed on my Uncle’s computer for the same website. That’s very strange.

There were 2 hours of waiting line to pick up the vehicule at the airport. Since I am 6 months pregnant with also a 2 years old baby, I asked politely if there was a priority line, but the counter staff declined. I had to insit and I had another staff yelling at me that being pregnant was not a reason to get priority! Shame on Budget!! I said it is not possible for me to wait 2 hours and finally managed to get the keys but I was very shocked by how I was treated by the staff.
