Very satisfied with the car rental experience. The staff pointed to a row of cars and said I could choose any one. I picked a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander with only 800 miles on it. Amazingly, we fit all nine pieces of luggage inside. Great job!

Efficient service, but limited vehicle options

Best car rental experience in a long while. Maybe because Tsmpa airport is less busy than others maybe because Alamo are vey good but greatvoutvome

The deal was very competitive and everything worked as expected

We did not get the vehicle we paid for. Was told they gave it to another party. Manager said he was fix the price and give us an additional 25 percent off. After we returned car they told us they could not do what the previous manager said. This was not our fault and we are asking for a refund. We were told one thing and another thing happened. We would like this resolved in a reasonable manner.
