The car was relatively new and was in a good condition. We had a lot of luggage for which there was good amount of room in the boot. We had some rough weather at Rocky mountain national park, but the car held up really well. Overall, a very good experience.

Qeeq.com is a great platform which provides good value for money. It is easy to book and navigate. While I did not use their customer service on this trip, I have used it on other occasions and found it to be very reliable and prompt.

Picking up the car was very convenient. There were some hiccups due to personal reasons, my friend's husband was the designated driver, so I couldn't use my credit card for the pre-authorization; it had to be in the name of the designated driver. Be sure to keep this in mind! Returning the car was easy, just park and go.

The staff had a good attitude. Although my English is limited, they patiently explained everything. They offered insurance but didn't force it. Since I was going to a ski resort, I asked to change to a four-wheel-drive car the next day, and they promptly met my request without extra charges.
