Terrible. They lack integrity and are deceitful! They provide subpar cars and falsely claim it's an upgrade! They push for an all-inclusive toll package, but in Orlando, the only tolls are on the way to the airport!

I have to say...one of the best experiences with a rental company....The agent that assisted in my rental was exemplary. He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

Great experience, vehicle was upgraded at no charge (luck of the draw I guess) it was a relatively smooth experience.

Such a simple process. I had all the paperwork ready and that made the process really fast. The car we got was like brand new and very nice to drive. All the other rentals during that time were 2-3 times as expensive, but we didn’t compromise on anything with Routes.

Very easy and seamless. I’ll be using this again.
