We really wanted to rent a toyota rav 4 specifically, and as you know you book a class of car (small SUV). on our arrival the toyota was not available, but the staff did everything they could to make it available to us - and it worked! Convenient and fast, good quality cars that are relatively new, and the car use instructions were explained patiently. However, it is still advised to adapt to the car a bit before hitting the road.

Everything says ‘print voucher’ but there isn’t a button to do so, or a download sent by email. Very frustrating as it implies that picking up without documents would be ‘wrong’. Otherwise it’s good.
