Rental pickup and drop offs went smoothly, but final billing has been a disaster!

There was no Chinese service, long queues, and low efficiency. Even after receiving the rental slip, they didn’t accurately tell us where the car was. It took us quite some time to find it as the slot number was under the car, in the long rows of vehicles to the left upon exit. However, the return process was quick and took only 2 minutes.

Decent

I prepaid all fees online for four days, including full insurance and unlimited miles. However, when picking up the car, their system was down, so they couldn't find my information. They created a temporary order, but later charged me an additional $148. The GPS tablet was almost unusable, with a poor signal and very difficult to use, yet they charged me $87.96 for four days. It's absolutely not worth it!

Poor service, few cars available.

The AVIS at The Venetian is a small counter in the corner of the lobby with only one person on duty. After completing the paperwork, we took a long time to find the parking lot. We went back to ask the employee for directions, but she couldn't leave her post. It took us almost half an hour to find the garage! The Venetian has too many elevators, and they're too complicated; not all elevators go to the garage. But luckily, our luck struck again! We booked a Ford ESCAPE, but when we picked up the car, we were given a high-end EDGE 3.5 instead. It was so advanced that my dad couldn't even start the engine at first, and I had to wake up my husband across the ocean for help.
