Nice clean car but lengthy drop off

The reserved car was not available, but they provided a Mazda 6 of the same price range. The car was in excellent condition and very clean. Overall, it was a great experience. Europcar is a global chain with a diverse selection of vehicles. Since this period coincided with the local Eid festival, comparable to Chinese New Year, the prices were significantly higher than usual.

Excellent service, the counter staff and car pickup staff were both very friendly, spoke great English, and were quick and efficient in their work.

Overall, I am very satisfied. The staff printed the return route for one-way rentals, making it very convenient to find the location when returning the car. This was particularly considerate. We purchased the full insurance, and the return process only took 5 minutes. I recommend getting full insurance; you won't need to worry about any issues during the trip as the car rental company will handle everything.
