Excellent! The car rental company staff are really friendly. The prepaid amount is also very low. I will always rent cars from this company in the future.

The staff were quite polite, but the deposit was a bit high—700 euros. Initially, the car provided was not the same model as booked, but after we explained that we had more luggage, they switched it to a slightly larger car for free that matched the one in the pictures. Make sure to take photos when returning the car, as the staff didn't remember the existing scratches or dents on the car. They only acknowledged it after seeing the photos and videos, realizing it was caused by someone else.

Extremely satisfied! Highly recommend this company! The car was very new, and it was even the GT performance version!
