The pick up was terrible Avis need more staff on the pickup desk. Priority customers kept coming in and going to the front of the line.

Very good, no upselling as commonly mentioned, there was a $200 deposit that was promptly refunded, charges were strictly according to the price on QEEQ website, no extra charges for car swaps as they arrange based on the same model.

The staff were very polite and not overly picky. They didn't push for insurance sales either.

I booked four days on the QEEQAPP and paid in full. Since I arrived three hours early, I had to add one more day, which incurred additional costs at the store. It wasn't worth it! The daily rate for renting five days is cheaper than four. Since I paid in two separate transactions, I missed out on the discount. So, for future rentals, I'll be more precise with my rental duration.
