The service was excellent. When returning the car, I forgot the GPS holder inside. By the time I went back to retrieve it, the car had already been sent to the car wash. The staff made an extra trip to help me retrieve the holder.

“Poor car and nightmare drop off point”

The car collection was terrible with very off hand designator who told us our car either this or that and no other choice. car had dents and scratches which he was off hand about Also the car had no oil and a warning light came on and I had to put 4 litres of oil in the engine. Buick Envision car - avoid !!

The waiting time was acceptable, but the staff kept trying to upsell other models. Even after I clearly stated I didn't want to incur additional costs, they ended up giving me a Subaru (there were multiple Chevrolets in the lot). The staff couldn't explain why they gave me a Subaru when Chevrolets were available.
