Horrible service by Easirent car Service while bookiing is way easier and smooth .

The place was understaffed Car wasn't clean, only tank full hardly any automation, diagram of car on a flip chart and a signature asked no hard copy of agreement given, was told all was sent via mail. if stopped by police would be an issue same was true on drop off, diagram of car with a so-called check and signature. I was never sure if anything could've been added later. staff said they could block max 2200 usd on my credit card but could save that option against a fee of 500 + usd. after a long flight, dark outside, exhausted, many like me went along just to get out of there worst was next day when I was already in another city I discovered car wasn't cleaned, food remains and dirt on floor. worst was wheels were all different make/model with one with a different specification ( see photos) the front left tire was border line thread worthy. how a rental company can easily allow a car to be rented out is amazing.

They are the worst hire company that I have ever used, you should consider taking them off your site. Their shuttle bus took 1.5 hours to pick me up. When I picked up the car they told me that I either had to leave a deposit of $1800 on my card which I would not receive back until around 4 weeks after I dropped the car back off. The alternative was to pay them $390.00 to waiver this, this is the option I took. That fee was more than the rental fee it’s self. Absolute rip off.

The car I was given was not road worthy. The plates were a year out of date and therefore result in a $35 on the spot fine each time the police are in view. The most appalling customer service I have ever experienced. I was in a hot room for 2 hours (after my transfer from the airport failed to show for an hour) and to top it off the rental company charged me knowingly and without my consent $140 for insurance that I already had which actually made my insurance null and void. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We gave up after waiting an hour for a shuttle bus and because after several attempts to reach you, no one answered your phone. We never got the car! This terrible service is totally unacceptable.

Car was fairly newer. No issues with car itself. But the customer service at the location was horrid. We weren't the only ones who had issues. One family left and rented elsewhere. Horrible customer service, will never use this company again
