Very good, the car is very new.

When we arrived, they didn’t allow us to pick up the car. After waiting for an hour, they informed us that the reserved car model was unavailable. We then waited another hour and were given a car much smaller than the one we booked, which couldn't even fit three 24-inch suitcases. The car itself was also in poor condition and at least a few hundred dollars cheaper than what we had paid for. The experience was extremely disappointing.

Picked up the car at noon, not many people in line, waited a bit and it was our turn. Instructions were clear and easy to understand.

i40를 원했는데 그 차가 없어서 다른차를 배정받았는데 대체된차가 i40에 준하는것인지 알수가 없어서 불편했고, 받은 차가 주행중 차량점검이 필요하다는 메시지가 계속 떠서 주행중 불안해서 전화를 했더니 별 문제가 아니라고 했지만 찜찜해서 렌터카 업체에 방문하여 차를 교환해 달라고 했지만 차가 없다고 해서 다음날 다시 방문하여 차를 교환했다. 차량은 잘 점검이 되어 있어야 하겠다.

가격적으로나 전반적으로 나쁘지 않은듯 하다

Like: Easy pick up, easy drop off. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would like to mention Eddie and Nico at Alamo/Enterprise who were absolutely excellent, knew exactly what they were doing, personable and provided great customer service. An asset to the company.
Dislike: Car was dirty on inside and had chewing gum stuck on outside.
