Very satisfied with the car rental, excellent service. Just be careful not to speed, as I received three tickets. Paying a small cleaning fee when returning the car is also reasonable.

The car rental counter was easy to find, and after completing the paperwork, the handover in the parking lot 200 meters away was flawless.

The car rental company is located right at the airport exit, making it easy to find. The customer service during pickup was good, and they patiently explained various points to note, although it did take quite a bit of time. When returning the car, we notified customer service in advance, but we still waited a long time in the parking lot. Someone showed up to inspect the car without wearing a uniform or identification badge. Later, another person spent a long time inspecting the car and couldn't find any issues but insisted that there were signs of usage and charged us a $10 cleaning fee. They did not provide any receipt for the payment. We had already cleaned the car before returning it.
