A simple reminder would have been enough, and I could have waited for an hour. Additionally, the car was in poor condition. During the trip, a warning light came on indicating the radiator was overheating. In the middle of nowhere, I had to pull over on the roadside, call the rental company, wait for the radiator to cool down, and then find a place to add coolant. This delayed me and incurred out-of-pocket costs for the coolant. No one discussed compensation for these issues with me.
