Shuttle bus was too slow

I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH FOX IN SAN JOSE 2 WEEKS EARIER. THIS TIME THERE WERE A NUMBER OF ISSUES 1) IT TOOK 30 MINUTES FOR THE SHUTTLE TO TURN UP FROM LAX 2) THERE WAS A 20 MINUTE WAIT IN THE QUEUE AT FOX 3) THERE WERE NO MIDSIZED SUVS AVAILABLE WHEN I WENT TO SELECT A CAR SO I WAS GIVEN A VERY LARGE JEEP WHICH I FOUND VERY CUMBERSON TO MANOUVRE AND DRIVE. 4) I WAS QUOTED $105? PLUS PETROL @ AROUND $5 PER GALLON. I FELT I WAS RIPPED OFF WHEN CHARGED $150 IN THE END AS THE FUEL GUAGE WAS JUST UNDER FULL!

Very satisfactory. This is the fourth time I rented a car from QEEQ during my trip to the USA. No errors, everything was great.

I have placed several orders through Zuzuche, but this time when I rented a car in Los Angeles, I paid in full when placing the order. However, when I arrived at the store to pick up the car, they insisted that I had an outstanding payment, and I had to clear it on the spot. I contacted Zuzuche online and spent two hours dealing with the issue without success, which was a huge waste of time. I ended up paying the amount requested by the store. Upon returning and discussing the matter over the phone, nearly half a month has passed with no resolution.

The car could be cleaner inside. The people in the counter were very helpful.

The process of booking was really good.
