I remembered that at least roadside assistance was included when I booked, and the invoice I checked before departure didn't mention it. Later, a phone representative assured me that I had full coverage, so I wasn't worried since I had also bought travel insurance before departure. Perhaps it wasn't displayed on the invoice, or maybe she was trying to help me, but then she privately told her colleague that this Chinese person didn't know anything.
