Very satisfied. The pickup process took a bit longer, but luckily there was no one ahead of us. The delay was because the order needed to be confirmed. Our flight arrived earlier than expected, but the staff were accommodating. Once the information was verified, we got the car without any hassle. There was no hard sell either. An excellent experience overall.

The service was fine, with no unnecessary insurance upselling. However, there was some queuing time.
