This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had renting a car ... period.

At MCO the Routes shuttle was not running late night (after 1200). I ended up renting from an company whose shuttle was available.

I have to say...one of the best experiences with a rental company....The agent that assisted in my rental was exemplary. He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

From the time my family entered the Routes building until I was able to drive away in my rental. It was close to 2 hours. The customer service was awful. It was like renting from the DMV. Pay the few extra dollars and rent from a better agency. I would never recommend them.

Great experience, vehicle was upgraded at no charge (luck of the draw I guess) it was a relatively smooth experience.

The counter staff were imbeciles. Had no idea what they were doing. Couldn’t answer simple questions. Couldn’t provide any paperwork or contact info because the printer was broken. Told me to contact MY insurance if the vehicle broke down. Didn’t know their own policies. Totally useless.
