This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had renting a car ... period.

I waited one hour eight the airport for the shuttle bus !

I have to say...one of the best experiences with a rental company....The agent that assisted in my rental was exemplary. He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

The car exceeded my expectations and the staff were courteous and friendly. Unfortunately the vehicle I got had no windshield washer fluid in it and the oil light came on shortly after I picked it up.

At the time of my arrival there were too many people and only one customer service representative. Due to the fact that one of the customer took a lot of time to make a decission the whole line of people was waiting for too long. If you book a car in advance the whole process should be organized faster and easier. But when Junior came everything started to move faster.

Like: the car condition, and the staff professionalism
