I would make it car rental company, over any other rental car company.

They were clear in instructions and pretty friendly staff and shuttle driver

Time to pick up car was almost 1.5 hrs worst than I've ever experienced. The lady who assisted was very helpful and courteous. The cars were great condition and priced reasonable. The drop off service was great no wait time.

I have mixed feelings about my experience renting a car through the website and location. Online it was not clear that the pick up location is offsite away from the airport. We took a shuttle to the pick up spot and there we experienced the worst pick up process ever. Even though the staff were courteous it was clear they were really understaffed and the process was very inefficient. We spent over two hours waiting to receive our car. However once we did receive our car we were very happy with the vehicle we received and we did not have any problems with it during our trip. Because of our long wait during the pick up, when we dropped the car off we didn’t even wait for the shuttle but chose to take an Uber back to the airport.

The wait time to be picked up to the office was too long. Staff were not customer friendly.

Like: what i like to most is the people that works there Mike a manager and Kevin general manager , very nice .
Dislike: EVERTHING WAS NICE
