I would make it car rental company, over any other rental car company.

Great experience, vehicle was upgraded at no charge (luck of the draw I guess) it was a relatively smooth experience.

When we arrived to pick up the car the price was $60.00 more that what EasyRentCars said it would be plus there were more taxes on top of the 60 more dollars I will not trust what I see anymore.

Wished the price would have been legit.

I have mixed feelings about my experience renting a car through the website and location. Online it was not clear that the pick up location is offsite away from the airport. We took a shuttle to the pick up spot and there we experienced the worst pick up process ever. Even though the staff were courteous it was clear they were really understaffed and the process was very inefficient. We spent over two hours waiting to receive our car. However once we did receive our car we were very happy with the vehicle we received and we did not have any problems with it during our trip. Because of our long wait during the pick up, when we dropped the car off we didn’t even wait for the shuttle but chose to take an Uber back to the airport.

We had to wait over 50 min for a shuttle to pick us up from the airport:( And this is at 6:30 am on Sun.

Like: Excellent value and service. Friendly shuttle driver and staff.
Dislike: Nothing negative to report. All positive.
