I would make it car rental company, over any other rental car company.

They were clear in instructions and pretty friendly staff and shuttle driver

At MCO the Routes shuttle was not running late night (after 1200). I ended up renting from an company whose shuttle was available.

My wife and I waited 45 minutes to be called to the counter.Then another 15 minutes to get the car. The car was great, a 2019 Kia Forte with 7000 miles. Time is important to me so I would not rent from them again.

No one answered the phone when we called to be picked up from the airport and had to wait an hour, while everyone else got picked up from their shuttle right away. However, the car was better than expected. New 2019 Kia Forte, very nice car. The lady that helped us check in seemed a bit disengaged and uninterested in helping us, but the guy that helped us check out was awesome and fast. Overall, the whole process went fine and price was great, so I would probably rent from here again.

Waited a LONG time to get the car. Apparently the employees were on break in the back room and couldn't be bothered by the long line at the desk.
