Upon arrival at the airport's multilevel parking garage and contacting them, it only took five minutes to get the car. Child seats and ETC cards require cash payment. The pickup time had already passed, but the staff still hadn't shown up, resulting in an excessively long wait. The return location was changed on the day without prior notice. Originally agreed to return the car in the city, and I had paid extra for someone to collect the car at the hotel. On the day of return, they said they were short-staffed and asked me to drive the car back to the store myself.
