They had all these in hidden mandatory fees. The owner refused to rent me the car. It is fraudulent

Pour service on Pick Up plus they m'y insurance so it cust me more for renting a small car next time we will go whit a différente company

Renting on line was easy but right car have pour service for the extra Price they charge us

SCAM ARTISTS! Right cars is scamming people with low rates only to charge extra fee upon pick up of the vehicle such as supplemental liability insurance if you don't have 300,000 on your own insurance ( most if not all states only requires 25,000 - 50,000) so why are they asking for 300,000? to obligate you to buy theirs!. to sum it up, will never rent from them again and will do everything I can to steer as many customers away from them as I can.

Felt like I was cheated with the insurance. Didn't see anywhere where I had to drive my insurance. First time in 25 years I had to and then told my coverage was not enough. Will not ever use you again.

Dislike: Even though I had my own insurance I still had to purchase some. It was no clear or evident on the booking pages that you had to actually bring in your declaration page or coverage and after business hours it is not accessible. This should be in bold print with the booking information
