There is a US guy that speaks english... he is from NYC. So its a breeze to rent a car here. Careful of the CDW as its pay first claim later type of insurance.

“Won’t come back due to car condition”

1) Both side mirrors were glazed which made me very difficult to see the view in them. Unsafe driving 2) the fuel level when I picked up the car was not full. The Tamra staff refused to top it up to full.

車のコンディションは良好。受付の方も翻訳アプリを使って対応するなど丁寧でした。他の大手レンタカー会社に比べると安い。情報が少なく不安でしたが、安心して利用出来ます。 カーナビが韓国語にしか対応していないので、ナビはNAVERマップを利用しました。スマホホルダーが用意されていたのも良かった。

The lady boss and the guy who served me was friendly and helpful. Both speaks English, that's a plus point. No hard selling, no hassle. Only problem is that those LPG cars have smaller boot space. Even I had a hard time squeezing my 2 luggage in the boot.

Pick up was really easy. Drop off also easy but people kind of not paying attention to your concerns. Maybe a language barrier thing. Bilingual personnel might help
