Overall service was great. The car was upgraded for free to an Audi A4, which has powerful performance. The only downside was that, on the way back, the car displayed a low oil warning. We had to find a place to refill it, which almost delayed the rest of our trip.

Customer service hotline couldn't resolve the issue. Each department shirked responsibility. The WeChat service directed me to the store, the store told me to find the manager, but the manager was always on leave and unreachable.
