We didn’t agree to add any extra insurance, and it wasn’t explained what additional service was added. We were charged 72.78 CAD and initially thought it was some kind of service tax issue. Later, after communicating with customer service, we found out there were no additional charges.

1. There was no inspection when picking up the car. There were two paint damages and large scratches on the display screen. I have sent photos to the customer service. 2. I had to pay over 400 CAD additionally at pickup. The receipt shows it as a charge rather than a deposit, and I am unsure what I was charged for. The staff's English was not clear, so I couldn't understand them. 3. I haven't received a refund for this charge yet, so I can't make a final judgment. 4. The actual car delivered was a Kia Cerato SUV, which isn't listed on the platform.

Lovely Filipina served me on pick up - we spent a while sharing some trip tips for her upcoming visit to Spain. I trusted Dollar once and, because of that, I chose them again this time - could not have done a better choice! Great car in perfect condition, great service and price - what else can you ask for? Thanks, Dollar, for allowing me to arrive to the award ceremony I was invited for thanks to my last short film, "Kenny Rei and the Spicy Ladies", as a proper star!

That lovely feature of you called Price Drop Protection worked to perfection (once again) and helped me save £35 before I even stepped on my airplane to go to Calgary. Great customer service (as usual) when I had some doubts about the deposit. I will be trusting Easyrentcars.com again in the future, for sure!
