The airport shuttle takes only 5 minutes to the rental company. The process on site is quick, just pick a car and go. Returning the car is even more convenient. Just drive in (with a full tank), and the inspection takes just a few minutes. Very convenient.

The customer service guy was really responsible. He first asked if we were safe, then started the troubleshooting. He followed the instructions to check if the issue could be resolved, and when it didn't work, he arranged a tow truck. He also offered us a hotel if we preferred. We chose to stay with the vehicle. His English was not perfect, but he tried his best to make sure I understood. His name might have been Matt or Mike...

The place is spacious with a wide range of vehicle models, and the service is even more attentive.

Picking up and dropping off the car was very convenient and quick, and there weren't too many people. However, after returning the car, a charge was made to my credit card. After checking with the bank, I found out it might be for using toll highways. But there was no information or notification about this charge, it just appeared out of nowhere. They should inform us about the reason, provide the detailed bill, and then give us a receipt or invoice!

The car was received with a lot of scratch marks and the personel in attendance didn't seem to care. Took photos myself for future reference. On my way to the hotel after a 26 hour trip I realized that the car were only half full. Again took photos for my reference. Received an additional bill of $141,67 after my trip which are unexplained and cannot be for gas alone. Await reply. Very average experience and will think twice before using Alamo again.
