Overall good, simple and efficient

To avoid disputes, we bought full insurance. We were careful drivers and had no issues, so we didn’t interact much with the rental company. On the pick-up day, we signed a contract, and they held a deposit of around 61 NZD, which was refunded about three to four days after returning the car. It was rather smooth, and I think the full insurance played a big role.

Well known brand and quick turnaround during pick up and drop off. Car is also being received in clean condition.

Amazing service from the customer service when I would like to cancel and rebook for a different duration.
