Picking up the car from Avis was fine, but the car provided was terrible. Although its flaws were not apparent at first, later it stalled automatically and couldn't be restarted. I had to call for roadside assistance and towing twice, which disrupted my plans for two days and significantly increased my taxi expenses. There's no way to get compensation for these losses. Having rented cars many times before, this was by far my worst experience.

Good. The car has good safety features, including lane keeping, cruise control, rear cross-traffic alert, and a backup camera.

Waited for three hours and still had to pay extra.

After receiving the documents, they didn't assist immediately. The staff left the counter and returned only after about half an hour. They didn't provide a large car as per the rental agreement, instead gave a midsize SUV. After negotiating and finding another window, they finally agreed to change it. The entire pickup process took about four hours!

I have chosen another car category which I booked. Everything went very smooth.
