Great experience, very convenient and affordable!

The rental company didn't charge the toll fee to my credit card, resulting in a $428 fine for a $7 toll.

It's my second time renting from Alamo. I just asked if I needed a GPS, signed the contract, and picked up the car.

1. The airport shuttle vehicles are convenient and easy to identify, which is great for first-time visitors to the US. There are pickup points at every exit. 2. The pick-up and drop-off procedures are straightforward. Picking up the car took about 15 minutes due to some questions about options, but once done, we headed out to pick up the car and left. For drop-off, we drove to the inspection area. Although it was 8 PM and there were queues, there were many inspectors and the process was quick, with the inspection and receipt printed within 2 minutes. No further waiting was needed.

Alamo Car Rental is indeed excellent. Their complimentary shuttle bus is blue.
