Overall, it was a good experience, and the positive review is for the car itself. However, the rental company kept pushing additional services despite me clearly stating I already had everything. They kept trying to mislead me, claiming they couldn't verify it.

They thought I didn't understand English and selected an additional paid insurance for me. I later found out and had it corrected. They kept trying to sell me insurance and other unnecessary services. Returning the car was convenient.

Forced to buy insurance or they wouldn't release the car. The customer called and negotiated with the local pickup guide, but the car rental staff refused to answer the guide's calls.
