The pickup and return processes were simple and fast. I will choose this company again next time!

1. The price for early car return displayed on Zuzuche was 35 NZD, but the car rental company said it was 45 NZD. 2. At the Christchurch store, the company offering Chinese-language service had a poor attitude towards early car returns for Chinese tourists, simply giving the address and phone number of another agency (which only offers English-language service). In the rush to catch an early flight without knowing how to communicate, I had to find the store myself and waited for the first Chinese staff member to start work before successfully returning the car. 3. The instructions for car return were not detailed enough. Later, I was able to find store staff during business hours. Therefore, my early return fee should be refunded. 4. The Chinese-speaking staff at the Christchurch store were essentially useless, only mechanically repeating the same sentence. I do not recommend renting from this company! (All of the above are backed by chat records.)

Overall, it felt great. The service was excellent, and the car was easy to drive.

The staff were very patient and provided excellent service. Very satisfied. This is my third time renting a car.
