Returned the car just yesterday, so not sure if there will be any issues later. However, for now, the service attitude seems quite good. At the airport, you might need to wait for the shuttle for 1-30 minutes since there's just one vehicle for transfers. If the shuttle has just left, you’ll need to wait. We waited for 15 minutes this time. The same applies when returning to the airport. We used an Australian driver’s license and didn’t need to use a credit card to pick up the car.

Even though my English is not very good, it didn't affect the experience. However, it would be even better if there was a more detailed explanation of the local traffic regulations.

The service attitude is great and friendly. Almost no waiting in line. The shop even upgraded our Kia K5 to a seven-seater Outlander for free. It was awesome since we had exactly seven people.

The car was great for a small car. The Melbourne pick address wording is different to what is actually displayed so that was confusing and we needed assistance
