The car rental place was horrible, they wanted too much for insurance coverage.

This is an off site vendor. Two Venezuelan young men operate the whole business. They are open 8 am to 8 pm. You have to go to Terminal 1 to the bus stop position 7 and call and wait for their van. If you do this there are no problems. Be SURE you have bought insurance and have that policy (or yours) as evidence. Amazing prices and friendly service.

Right cars pick up was easy, but the staff was horrible to me when I had a problem with the vehicle. The AC went out and was not working. I was on vacation in Florida and the AC went out. When I called to see how I could fix the problem or get a new car I was told that I didn’t know how to use the AC and that I wasn’t getting a different car. When I dropped the vehicle off the address I was given was wrong and approx 3 blocks away from the actual location. When I arrived at the drop off, Oscar confirmed that the AC wasn’t working and that I would be refunded an unknown amount of money.

Rip Off - I have never had to buy additional insurance in my over 20 years of renting cars in Florida. It is not clear that the Liability coverage has to be 300K per person as I had 300K per occurrence. I will not rent from you again.

I did not have the opportunity to rent the car, because they never a shuttle to pick up at the airport. When I went to the company the were closed.

Right cars staff were rude and took forever. I tried to cancel on the spot but was informed that I couldn't because it was past my rental time. Even though I had been there prior to my rental time. I rented through a different company and wont ever even consider right cars again
