Great attitude.

The staff's attitude was indifferent, but that's just how New Yorkers are—cold, but efficient. No lines for picking up or dropping off the car, very simple.

QEEQ deleted my booking without notice despite taking my money. This was discovered at Hertz counter. Hours later QEEQ rectified by booking through a different company, miles away, that ended up charging me an extra 200 dollars.

Helpful staff on pickup and drop off. Easily solved issues regarding refuelling. No info anywhere (no sticker on fuel cap, no manual, nothing online etc) about what fuel the car took which was quite stressful. Solved with the help of staff, but should have been more straightforward.
