Excellent service attitude and clear communication. Everything about insurance coverage was explained. Also, they upgraded us to an SUV with snow tires for free. Couldn't be better!

The car rental counter did not push additional paid services. There was a short wait to pick up the car (20 minutes). Following airport signs made returning the car straightforward and easy.

They gave me a much cheaper car than I booked... and claimed the car had snow tires to cover the price difference... However, every car actually has snow tires... No need to pay extra for them... And there's no snow tire charge on the invoice.

The staff tried to sell us insurance, and when we refused, their attitude became very rude. We had purchased an additional driver at the time of booking, but they said this driver must be a spouse (which was not a restriction when we booked), so they charged us the fee for an additional driver (we have the receipt). I have rented cars in nearly 50 countries around the world; this is my first time renting from your company, and it was the worst experience. Of course, I will seek compensation from your company for the additional driver fee.

Picking up the car required waiting in line for a while as there was only one staff member. The staff recommended additional insurance, but since it only covered a limited area, I didn't accept it and just paid for a full tank of fuel. I was told I got a free upgrade to a Dodge Challenger (the staff said Charger in English), otherwise, it would have cost an additional 15 dollars per day. I was excited about the upgrade! Because this car isn't available in my home country, I wasn't too familiar with it. It turned out to be a great car, perhaps even a luxury car! I drove it smoothly for 12 days, covering over 3000 kilometers across the US and Canada. Returning the car was also smooth, with the bearded attendant giving me the all-clear in less than a minute.
