Can't make changes to existing reservation. They suggest cancelling and starting over. That's not convenient for me. Need to be more flexible.

Car was good, pickup process was smooth and fast at pick up desk, attendant in car park was efficient and friendly for both pickup and return. I like that they allow for normal "wear and tear". However better signage is needed when returning cars to the actual terminal as it's very easy to drive by the return parking lot entrance.

Dislike: did not like that i had to pay 19e per day for insurance as credit card and excess did not match, that was a surprise i could have done without. good car though and easy on petrol.
