Overall pretty good. I managed to get my ideal car after some negotiation. The sales staff will try to upsell, but experienced drivers can simply refuse.

We really wanted to rent a toyota rav 4 specifically, and as you know you book a class of car (small SUV). on our arrival the toyota was not available, but the staff did everything they could to make it available to us - and it worked!
