The store staff are friendly and welcoming.

The staff at the rental company were very nice. There was a problem with my credit card when picking up the car, and it took a long time to resolve, but they were very patient throughout. The car was very new, a model from January 2022 with just over 20,000 kilometers on it. The car was very comfortable and easy to drive. Being a diesel vehicle, it was very fuel-efficient.

I had booked a Tucson and they gave us a small jeep and it was totally a terrible experience driving us. they delivered the car almost 0 fuel and they told us to deliver it that which as you know it is impossible to deliver a tank 0 fuel and that resulted in them getting the car back 20% tank and re-imbursement

The car was bad, not in good condition, the break was bad there are sound from everywhere, i spent more than 2 hours to receive the car, i had to wait in the parking with my 1 yr baby, last thing the holding money not received yet since i dropped of.

It took a long time to get our car because there payment system would not work and they said it was normal for this to happen. Also the staff couldn’t speak very good English and wanted us to sign documents written in Turkish that they couldn’t explain. But the car was fine and the drop off was pretty easy.

Made booking with a smaller more affordable company easy.
