Less than 20,000 kilometers on a new car, the condition is excellent!

I couldn't speak English, so I had to call someone to translate.

No upselling, but make sure to check the contract carefully. Initially, the wrong return location was listed for one-way rental, but it was later corrected. Additionally, the deposit fee was charged directly to the card instead of being pre-authorized, and there was a loss due to exchange rate differences upon refund.

Arrived in Kaiserslautern on the second day, and the weather forecast predicted snow. The staff promptly reminded us to add snow tires, which cost €5 per day.

QEEQ has good service attitude, they provided guidance when the car needed AdBlue.
