Everything was excellent.

Out of my whole trip in Türkiye, the rental car company was honestly the best part – super efficient, free upgrade, easy pick-up and drop-off, and no hidden charges at all. If I come back again, I’ll definitely choose Cizgi again.

Pickup was super easy, the car was really new and smooth to drive. I added the €25/day insurance at the counter and the return process was hassle-free. Overall, a really good experience.

Super easy process, pick-up and drop-off were both really quick. They gave us a Tiggo 8 with great features and the car was in very good condition.

They gave me the car with almost no fuel, which I’m really not used to, and the check engine light came on while I was driving, which made me super nervous.

Pick-up and return were both really smooth, and there was no hard selling at the counter. The actual car we got was a 9-seater Opel diesel with plenty of power and driver-assist features, so it felt great to drive on the highway. The big downside is that only the driver’s seat is adjustable—none of the other seats can be adjusted at all, which really hurts overall comfort.

The staff at pickup didn’t speak any English at all, so it was really hard to communicate. The diesel car also needed AdBlue, which from what I understand shouldn’t be something the renter has to pay for, but the car kept giving warnings and everything I found online said the engine might not start if the level got too low. We ended up buying 4 liters for 176 TRY, and I honestly think that cost should be reimbursed.
