Took guy 15 min when he came back w same car without cracked windshield. Ridiculous to reserve a car and be given one with a cracked windshield from one end to the other and back right bumper damaged.

They did not have record of the insurance we had already booked with easyrentcars, and they tried to make us purchase it again. Besides, they offered us a device to pay for tolls but they were unclear with the price until we were about to pay.

The price, car, and the service were all excellent! Only complain is that Routes should open earlier, I had a 7 am flight and they do not open until 6am. Even so the staff quickly processed my return and took me to the airport.

“Average Experience, Lot to improve, but Positive vibes”

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.
