my worst ever.

The worst experience ever! the car was dirty, smelly from cigarettes, and the fuel wasn't on full (half way to the other bar), When i returned the car, the young guy that was checking me out was rude ( I think his name is Edward- not sure). .I'm renting cars for years, all over the world, and never had this experience. I wrote them an email about it (1st time I ever send an email about this kind of situation). I really hope that they will find a way to compensate me.

“AWFUL experience!”

The pick up guy never showed. I waited 60 minutes and just rented another car from someone else. Terrible service and will never use you again.

It took a long time to pick up and drop off the car. We had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes at the counter to pick up the car and 45 minutes to drop off. There were people in the office, but they all just run around not taking care of customers.

Everything was perfect except for one thing: The windshield wiper fluid ran out after just a few sprays of fluid. During one drive a bunch of insects hit the windshield and there was not enough fluid to clean it off. I had to stop at a gas station and do it myself.
