Excellent, the car was almost brand new.

Good service, the staff was quite efficient and didn't try to upsell anything.

The car provided was not the one originally reserved, and the exterior had many scratches. The car had close to 100,000 kilometers on it. They proactively asked if I needed an introduction to basic car settings. When asked about insurance, I mentioned I had already purchased it, and they did not push me further.
