I was disappointed they had to charge my credit card 1800$ They also posted on my credit card the 500 holding charge. It should be held and not charged. I paid 40$ extra for exchange rates on my credit card which I did not expect to pay over and above the total of the invoice

I waited almost 2 hours to get my car once I got to the pickup location. Also, you are now trying to hold my $250 deposit for 2 weeks. I returned the car in the same condition with an extra quarter tank of gas and couldn't even get anyone to give me any paperwork to verify time, car condition and check out.

“Terrible!! Felt ripped off, terrible customer service,”

The car was in a terrible condition, car body panels hanging off, scratch’s, dents. The customer service was terrible. We were told we had to take out additional insurance and if we didnt take it they would cancel the booking. We were held over a barrel and blackmailed in to it. We will never ever book from a smaller company ever again.
