As a first time user of Easirent, we were totally impressed. We prebooked, prepaid online and just went to the counter for the car, a clean, filled car was ready for us. The attendant went around the car and marked any damage off, other companies do not do that. Everyone was pleasant, the price was totally awesome. Shuttle to airport was fast. I give them a 10.

The car was not what I reserved, and a step down in my opinion. They offered an upgrade in lieu of what i reserved, but the staff wanted more money. The rental facility was very poor, AC wasn’t working, staff was unimpressive. I also waited 45 mins in the scorching heat for the pickup shuttle at the airport. Overall, not a good experience.

This company is HORRIBLE! Don’t ever rent from this company EVER! The pick up location is a bus ride and then another bus ride to the place (we took a cab there and Lyft back to airport). The car was in terrible shape, dents everywhere, window had been broken into previously and was rusted. The inside of the car was so dirty and disgusting. The customer service was terrible as they made me pay $60 extra for more insurance even though I had my own. They told me I didn’t have enough for Florida, which is BS since I’ve rented cars many times on FLA before. Don’t be fooled by the low price, go anywhere else but here.

The staff lied repeatedly about the need for the Sunpass toll. We specifically asked if 95 was strictly a toll hwy and ALL 4 members of staff said yes. We asked a 3rd and 4th time if there was any route to get to Miami without using a toll road and were lied to. Even went so far as to tell us if we went on 95 without the Sunpass, we would be issued a $25 fine for each offense. Of course, once we got on 95, we saw that only 1-2 lanes required a Sunpass. They totally robbed us of an additional $30. Also, neither my husband or myself received a copy of the rental agreement and when we asked for a copy of the digital agreement we signed, we were told it would be sent to our email. No email was sent! Then, after waiting the 3-5 business days, I tried to call about the $250 deposit placed on my credit card. For three days no one answered the phone and I had to call my credit card company to get my deposit back! Nice clean car for a decent price, but the customer service are thieves!

The car had obviously been in a front end accident. The front fascia was cracked, and there was damage on the rear fascia as well. The car had a horrible shake over 60mph, it was unsafe to go faster than 70mph. The tires were also bald and spun very easily despite the vehicle being a Toyota Yaris that had no real power. Picking the car up took two hours from the time I walked into the office, not including the 30min wait for their shuttle. It was ridiculous and I was pretty upset after two and a half hours of jumping through hoops of them trying to upsell me everything and anything to be given a damaged vehicle. Overall it was super cheap so I'm not really upset, but I wouldn't recommend renting a car through Easirent to the faint of heart.

First, you have to find where to wait for the shuttle. It’s not obvious, and calling Easirent just took me through a phone tree and then no one ever answered-rang forever. Tried twice. Then you ride to the pickup spot with a somewhat surly driver, about 10 minutes. Then you wait in a very long line, with only 1 customer service agent, who is snippy and telling everyone they have to have proof of EVERY DETAIL of their personal auto insurance. Your card isn’t enough- need to show comprehensive, collision, and liability in detail, or they won’t rent to you. THEN you wait 15 minutes for a teenager to retrieve your car. And then you can go on your way. Car was nice and clean, at least.

I was very disappointed. I had booked this car specifically because it said I was going to get a Mercedes. When I showed up they told me I was getting a Chrysler. This was for a special occasion and was supposed to be a surprise. When I asked if there was a Mercedes available the person at the counter told me they were all out that day. I later found out that the company doesn’t even carry Mercedes but they use that to bait and switch and promise a Mercedes or something similar. To me this was very deceitful. It also took a very long time to actually get the car almost 2 hours from the time we got in line. There were only two other people ahead of us but the service was extremely slow. I booked a car from February 12 till February 13 and they charged me 500 deposit, I thought it would be on hold and won’t affect my credit card but unlike others they did charge me 500$ and it reflected in my account affecting my credit score and those fees for interest (though I had 0 balance on my credit card before). The customer service and car were excellent. the instructions in the confirmation email as well as the voice mail regarding airport shuttle pick up are quite confusing. 1. the shuttle service from FLL airport ( is great) takes you to a rental car place with multiple rental car agencies non of which are EasY rent but there is an EZ rent. I arrived at night time and didn't notice any instructions at that point on how to access other rental car agencies 2. when you call the EasY rent number it tells you to select a terminal from the airport (which prompted me to get back on the shuttle to the airport before i selected a random terminal-- since i was no longer at the airport) 3. once you select the terminal it then instructs you to take the shuttle to the rental car place and walk to the bus stop. (ALL of this could be avoided by typing the instructions in the confirmation email) 4. once and the shuttle bus stop the EasI- Rent shuttle comes. (not E-Z or EasY, but EasI) this was very confusing and i wasn't even sure if i was going to the right rental car place. The workers and shuttle driver were all very kind however equally confused. Long story short- somehow you all should make this a little more clear that EASY is the booking company and EASI is the rental car place and include the proper shuttle instructions in the email!

The car was good -- it had some dings but we didn't mind. It had about 35,000 miles on it. The inside was very clean and it drove great. The only thing that slowed us down is the actual airport's set up. There's no way except for at one terminal to just walk out to the rentals, and we had to wait a long time for an airport bus to bring us out to the car rentals area. Then, it's a second shuttle that EasyRentCars supplies out to their off-site location (they were on the ball, and it didn't take long to get there -- again, it took forever to get onto the airport shuttle). Once at their location, the staff were friendly and got us in our car and going quickly.

EasiRent might be the most misleading name of all time. Not only was the vehicle not what I wanted, it was so dirty and so smelly. I was forced to “upgrade” $87 just so I could get a clean car. Once I finally got the car, it was completely out of gas. Had to go straight to the gas station. I mean, really? They also give you a hard time about insurance. If you have your own, they don’t believe you. They make you pull up your car insurance info to prove it. Does any of this sound “Easi”? 0/10 never using again. Which is a shame because I rent 50-60 cars per year with work.
