About FOX RENT A CAR: 6.7 /10
Called fox lost and found 7 times. Never received a call back. Lost and found never answered the phone. I left my handicapped placard in the vehicle , maybe it fell under seat. Conned into buying sun pass. Very disappointed with fox. Waited arou d 45 min. To check in. Disgusting.

The staff waiting on us was great - no high pressure to upgrade or add on additional insurance. The vehicle itself was not the best - a Kia Sportage - with 60,000. The outside was pretty banged up. I’m not sure how many miles they’re kept in service - but I’m pretty sure the resale value on that one was not good.

“Fox check in horrific-nearly 1 hour & I was front of a long line!”

Waited LONG time at check in counter. Only 2 desks open with long line, and each check in way too long - 19 mins per on average!

Arrived earlier than expected for pickup and waited in line at counter for 1.5 hours. Only 2 people on duty to help. Would not allow early pickup without adding huge extra charge. Had to wait until pickup time, over 3 more hours
